Ballots can either be returned in person at one of the three early voting locations or mailed back in the pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope that was provided with your ballot materials.
​If you're mailing your ballot back, remember:​

Ballots must be received by Ramsey County Elections Office, in the Plato Building (90 Plato Blvd. W., Saint Paul, 55107), by Election Day to be counted.

In Minnesota, mail generally arrives in 1-3 days. Outside Minnesota, mail generally arrives in 3-10 days
NOTE: If you are not registered, you can do that when you vote if you show proof of residence.​​
